However, far from always the expectations of buyers of new buildings, who most often begin to make payments for the apartment at the stage of its construction, are justified. Pulling out the deadlines for the surrender of the facility

One of the most frequent problems that accompany apartments in new buildings is the breakdown of the deadlines for the delivery of real estate. If earlier developers tore off the deadlines with impunity and were not afraid of nothing, feeding the disappointed buyers of apartments with numerous promises, today there are certain laws that provide for the installation of fines for such a delay in terms. Builders, handing over the facility at the wrong time, by court order, are obliged to pay compensation to all the buyers of the apartments.

Putting the registration of property rights

Very often, developers are in no hurry to transfer ownership of real estate to customers. The reason can be both problems with the documentation and other fraud performed by the developer. However, these rights of buyers are also protected by law today. The buyer has to demand through the court the transfer of property rights, and most often the court satisfies such claims.

Construction marriages

Very often, developers rent apartments with various deficiencies and construction marriages. It is noteworthy that most often such defective apartments are found in a cheap price category of apartments. Construction marriages may include poorly laid wiring, crooked screed, crookedly installed doors or windows, and so on. However, the buyer has the right to refuse to sign the acceptance certificate and demand, through the court, reimbursement of all expenses for the necessary repair. Also, the developer can be involved in the forced correction of all the shortcomings. Thus, today the buyer has quite a few opportunities to defend their rights, however, not all people know about these rights and know how to use them.
