The plans of the Russian automobile giant include the release of the Lada Granta vehicle, which is able to eat different types of fuel.
The two -fuel Lada Priora CNG, which works on gasoline and gas, was presented last year. Then prototypes with a station wagon and sedan went off the assembly line. Now the hybrid power plant will appear on Lada Granta.
The head of the car department with alternative engines AvtoVAZ Sergey IALEV says that the plant is going to start producing 5,000 vehicles and in the future increase the output volume of up to 25,000 two -fuel cars Lada Granta CNG Plus. The representative of the car concerns also said that the auto giant is going to double the number of gas-cleaning stations over 5-6 years.
It is expected that the price of Lada Granta CNG Plus in the serial version will be more than the standard Lada Granta for 40,000 rubles.
