Mobile houses are transported using special trailers with a large platform. There is no need to dig a pit under the foundation of such a building. It is enough to flat up the necessary area of the Earth and lay on it concrete blocks for greater stability.
All the advantages of such buildings include their cost: it is much lower than prices for ordinary houses. Moreover, this applies even to those stationary buildings that are erected from the most inexpensive materials.
