It may be very difficult to believe in this, but PVC (polyvinyl chloride) was synthesized in the far from us in 1835 by the famous German chemist Revlod. This event allows us to say that specifically polyvinyl chloride was one of the first or even the very first, made in the world, polymer material. There are different firms these days, for example, LG plastic windows that produce products from the profile and others. In general, despite the fact that polyvinyl chloride was made in the 19th century, he found his use only in the twentieth century, because at that time attempts to obtain polyvinyl chloride began by the factory method. So what has been done by what scientists have been striving for many years. In 1931, the BASF construction concern made the first large batch of PVC.
But polyvinyl chloride was used at first not very intensively. As a result, the manufacture of wooden windows successfully flourished until about 1952. At this time, one German designer finally made a patent for the manufacture of plastic windows made of polyvinyl chloride. Obviously, his frames had a significant difference from modern, and the cost of windows made of polyvinyl chloride at that time was still quite high. But, no matter what, the demand for PVC windows grew every day. Gradually, plastic windows were crowded wooden, and their price also gradually decreased. People with pleasure installed a unique innovation in their own houses and apartments, amazed at its high -quality features and unprecedented durability. Plastic windows came to Russia quite late – in the last decade of the last century.
But they very quickly found their buyer and are in high demand until today. Now in the world and in our country in particular, there are quite a few companies providing services for the insulation of balconies and loggias, their glasting glasting and, of course, to install windows made of polyvinyl chloride. Despite the fact that in the Russian market, PVC windows have been located less than 20 years, a very large number of our fellow citizens were able to appreciate this product. As a result, the usual windows from wood survive their fairly long century, slowly giving way to high -quality fiberglass brothers. There is nothing unusual in this, because with the possibility of choosing among good and the best, people, of course, reasonably prefer the best – windows from polyvinyl chloride.
