When a conversation comes with choosing an additional home heating system, you can recall the electric boilers, which we will talk about. This heating method is optimal if approximately the same temperature is needed in several rooms equipped with a common heating system. If this is not so important, then other options are selected.
So, electric boilers are heater (Ten – tubular electric heaters), electrode and induction. There are quite a few differences, but it should be remembered that the efficiency of all types is approximately the same and fluctuates in the value of 95-98%. Consider in more detail the types of boilers.
Let’s start with Tennovo boilers. The principle of their action is similar to the principle of action of an electric kettle, with the only difference being that the heating of the coolant occurs in proper mode.
The current heating boilers are distinguished by an attractive appearance, they are easy to install and do not occupy an extra place, since they are placed on the walls. The launch and heat -regulating equipment maintains the necessary temperature, and the regulation of indicators can depend not only on the temperature of the coolant, but also on the air temperature in the room.
The coolant can circulate naturally or forcibly. In the second case, circulation pumps are used, which faster pump the coolant and thereby ensure a more efficient operation of the boiler.
Tennaya boilers can be connected to a regular 220-volt network, but if a more powerful device is required, then you need to connect a three-phase network, the permission for which the energy supply company gives.
Such boilers are inexpensive, can work with different coolants, allow you to adjust the power of consumption, but at the same time, a scale can form on the heating elements, fraught with a deterioration in heat transfer. In addition, the heating boilers the same way heating all rooms.
Electric electric boilers are equipped with electrodes that transmit electricity to water or other fluid, which, due to its own fluid resistance, leads to its heating. The coolant heats up very quickly, while its natural circulation is provided.
Electric boilers are compact, inexpensive, go to rated power very smoothly and safe even in conditions of water leakage. On the other hand, in such boilers only water with a certain specific resistance is used, the use of non -freezing liquids is excluded, and the electrodes must be periodically changed so that the device’s effectiveness does not decrease.
And the third type of electric boilers – induction boilers. As the name can be seen, the basic principle of the device is magnetic induction and induction heating of materials from ferromagnetic alloys. The inductance coil does not contact the coolant, since it is to the sealed compartment. The coolant receives heat from a heated short -circuited core or pipeline, around or inside which it circulates. A similar design allows you to have constant efficiency throughout the entire period of use and prevents breakdowns associated with the problems of the heating element. Since the boiler does not have connective connections, the leak and the need to repair are excluded. In electrode boilers, you can use any, including non -freezing coolants. The disadvantages of this type of boilers usually include high cost and a relatively large size.
