As a rule, a tank installed on a cement car is made of strong steel or aluminum: materials that, due to their strength, can withstand significant loads. The use of these materials is justified in order to protect the tank from corrosion and adverse external influences. The tank itself has a V-shaped shape and can be installed on a cement-plate both vertical and in a horizontal position. The modern semi -trailer cement -car has a design that can significantly reduce the time of loading and unloading cement and other materials with virtually no residue.
Currently, the variety of models of special equipment of this type is so large that it will not be difficult to buy a cement car, according to technical characteristics and carrying capacity to perform the required volume of work. Cement farms, the sale of which is carried out in Russia, is produced by both domestic and foreign manufacturers. Among the special equipment of foreign production, the semi-trailers of cement trucks of Korean manufacturers Hyundai and Daewoo can be distinguished, which have proven themselves for many years as a reliable special equipment that can work freely in any climatic conditions.
