Apple CEO Tim Cook posted a teaser on the X social network with the caption “There’s something in the Air,” adding the words “This week.” Presumably, this is about the new MacBook Air and iPad Air.
According to Bloomberg, Apple is preparing 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air models with a new M4 chip. Last year, the company introduced an updated MacBook Air with an M3 processor during the same period.
In addition to the laptop, an iPad Air announcement is expected. Earlier, insider Mark Gurman reported that Apple was reducing stocks of current models, which usually precedes the release of new devices. He also claimed that the new iPad Air and updated Magic Keyboard should be released between the releases of the iPhone 16E and other Apple devices.
There were also rumors about the possible release of the iPhone Air, but its announcement is unlikely. Most likely, Apple will focus on its traditional spring updates.
