The number of apartments in the Moscow market of new buildings over the first half of the year has grown almost three times-from one thousand two hundred to three and a half thousand, according to the head of the Center for Analysting the company EST-A-TET D. Bobkov, speaking at a recent conference that is organized by Repa.
According to him, at the moment, the design of houses is carried out so that the share of apartments in the total amount of the quantitative offer of Moscow is almost eighty percent, and the apartments in this indicator are twenty -two percent.
This year, the sale of apartments has already begun in nine large projects with apartments from the budget level, namely in Tsaritsyno-2, Water, Fili Grad and “Gardens of Beijing”. At the same time, thanks to apartments, the number of megalopolis new buildings increased to one hundred eighty -six objects.
